NO FUTURE is a producer that doesn’t allow himself to be caught by genders or other limitations. He comes from Porto and since he joined Monster Jinx, circa 2015, has been a regular presence on the label’s compilations and at several events, controlling beats and decks with equal ferocity. After presenting in 2021 the single "GARDENYA" and the EP "FARFALLA", in January 2022 he releases the album "GALERIE Y FIORI".
This work is a guided tour, or rather, an invitation to go for a wander in his gallery of emotions, questions, and fantasies. Over 11 tracks, he exhibits the outcome of a year and a half of urban and cosmopolitan, but also internal and psychological experiences. The tour will take us to different universes inside the electronic music galaxy — from House to Techno, from Hip-Hop to Jungle, from Industrial to Ambient.
The tracks may contain elements from a wide spectrum of music styles. The overall tension can make you feel the accelerated harshness of the suburbs. The skillfully designed textures will remind us of the all-too-human search for transcendence. But the tour is guided solely by the emotional relationship that NO FUTURE has with each one of these sounds, elements, and places. For him, this relationship can be summarized in one concept: “musical honesty”. That surely is a great conversation point. Or a perfect starting point for a listening session.

NO FUTURE é um produtor que não se deixa apanhar por géneros ou outras limitações. É natural do Porto e desde que se juntou à Monster Jinx, por volta de 2015, tem sido presença assídua nas compilações da editora e em vários eventos, controlando beats e decks com igual ferocidade. Depois de apresentar em 2021 o single "GARDENYA" e o EP "FARFALLA" EP, em janeiro de 2022 lança o álbum"GALERIE Y FIORI".
Este trabalho é uma visita guiada, ou melhor, um convite para passear na sua galeria de emoções, questões e fantasias. Ao longo de 11 faixas, ele expõe o resultado de um ano e meio de experiências urbanas e cosmopolitas, mas também internas e psicológicas. A digressão leva-nos a diferentes universos da galáxia da música eletrónica - do House ao Techno, do Hip-Hop ao Jungle, do Industrial ao Ambient.
As faixas podem conter elementos de um vasto espetro de estilos musicais. A tensão geral pode fazer sentir a dureza acelerada dos subúrbios. As texturas habilmente concebidas recordar-nos-ão a busca demasiado humana da transcendência. Mas a visita é guiada unicamente pela relação emocional que NO FUTURE tem com cada um destes sons, elementos e lugares. Para ele, essa relação pode ser resumida num conceito: "honestidade musical". Isso certamente é um ótimo ponto de conversa. Ou um ponto de partida perfeito para uma sessão de audição.
